After a short registration step, the user will be offered a host of information relating to LC prominence,
LCMS-2020, TOC-V Series and TOC-L Series like flow diagrams, daily and periodic maintenance and troubleshooting.
Under the various systems, one can find a listing of significant tests which enable optimal use of the
measuring system. When one of these options is selected, an additional window opens with the necessary

o-rings. Short animated movies show a step-by-step implementation of these maintenance tasks
In this section a range of problems are discussed in depth. First the problem at hand is selected. This
subsequently opens the corresponding flow diagram in which a certain position in the flow diagram is
highlighted. At this point, the system will ask specific question which the user answers by clicking in
either the "No" and "Yes" button. The system then offers advice on how to solve the problem, or the user may
proceed to the next highlighted position in the flow diagram and enter further details. In this way the
occurring problem is addressed and analysed in a step-by-step manner.
