GCMSsolution provides the similarity search with retention index, which makes identification of compounds easier. Library search using the similarity search, in conjunction with retention index, makes it possible to identify more accurately target compounds like isomers with similar mass spectra. GCMSsolution offers automatic calculation of retention indices from n-Alkane data.
