Shimadzu is following since several years an open software approach: LC systems and modules are integrated in several other software packages.

Shimadzu LC is controlled e.g. from Chromeleon™ (Dionex Corp.), EZChrom Elite™ (Agilent Technologies Inc.), Atlas™, Xcalibur™ (Thermo Electron) and Analyst™ (ABI). We are continuously working on software control projects to extend the customers possibilities for use our hardware in other software environment.
