For development or validation of analytical method, manufacturing uniformity of columns is increasing. Shim-pack VP-ODS has been developed to meet such expectations. To minimize column-to-column performance deviation of ODS columns, silica-bases, surface treatment and packing procedures are strictly controlled respectively and only the products that passed the quality criteria are delivered to customers. For development or validation of method, it would be efficient to run the test with a set of three columns with packings of different batches.
