Routine headspace analysis with high reproducibility

Compact system
The HT200H is a compact autosampler with 40 vial positions for 10 or 20ml vials. Incubation of the samples can be done in 6 positions (heating and shaking). With overlapping incubation times the next sample is ready after a GC run is completed, thus decreasing analysis cycle times. For transportation the HT200H uses vials with crimped aluminium caps.

Flexible method development
Based on the successful syringe technqiue, the HT200H can use 2.5 and 5ml syringes, depending on the application. The HT200H eliminates tubing, dead volume and sample absorption. For flexibility of method development heating of the syringe as well as incubation of the samples can be done in a temperature range from 40 to 150°C. After injection, the 2.5 or 5ml syringe is purged with inert gas. The swivel head design allows the injection port to be used for manual injections at any time.

Easy handling
The HT200H is controlled by a user-freindly key pad. A large LED display makes programming of the autosampler easy. Optionally a control software, HT-COMSoft, is also available.
The HT200H is easily installed and can be mounted on the GC-2010 (Plus), the GCMS-QP2010 series as well as on the GC-2014.
